The Rubber Mouth Eggbutt Gag Bit from Centaur is a cheltenham gag with a soft rubber coating to keep your horse feeling comfortable during your ride. This bit is single-jointed and cheltenham gag bits are great for horses who need to raise their headset. The reins can be connected to the ring on the gag cheekpieces (sold separately) that run through the bit. Pulling on the rein lifts the bit into the horse’s lips and encourages them to lift their head. Due to the pressure, this bit can exert, we recommend it’s used under the guidance of a trained professional.
